I got a frantic call from a mother who was very concerned about her 15 years old girl’s unruly – aggressive behaviour towards elders. She complained about her attitude, avoiding replying back and using not respectful language around the house and even harming herself. The question on my mind was, how & from where did it begin? It is obvious that such unacceptable behaviour is stemming from somewhere.
